END-USER SERVICE TERMS OF USE

1. General Terms

Subject to the Terms of Use of Atma Application (General Terms of Use), this End User Terms of Use is an agreement between End Users (“You”, “Yours”, “Yourself”) and PT Atma Meraki Nusantara (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) (the agreement referred as "End User Terms of Use"), a limited liability company duly established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and domiciled in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

This End User Terms of Use governs Your use of the app in relation to Your usage in finding jobs from companies who poster job openings under our Application (Job Opening) as a part of the service we provided to companies and to You (Service).

This End User Terms of Use is an integral part of the General Term of Use.

We may update the User Terms of use from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons. In such case, We will reasonably inform You of such changes, including but not limited through the use of push-notifications under the Application or through Your electronic mail address prior to the changes becoming effective. If you do not accept such changes, You may not continue to use the Services provided under this Application. Should You continue to use such Services after the date of which the changes come into effect, You explicitly agree to the new End User Terms of Use.

2. Terms of Service

You must provide detailed, complete and accurate information regarding Yourself as required by Us when You are registering for the first time under our Application, including but not limited to Your full name, profile picture, amount of Your last salary, latest education and Your location. You understand that such information regarding Yourself may be disclosed to prospective employers.
You are free to explore the available Job Openings provided by companies utilizing our Service as listed under Our Application. We may, but do not have the obligation to, provide You with suggestions of Job Opening that may suit You based on the information You have given to Us.
Your usage of Our Services as provided to You are free of charge.
You understand and accept that We do not guarantee the compatibility of the matches of Job Opening with You, nor do we guarantee that should You be accepted into the screening phase of the Job Opening, that You will eventually be accepted by the company of the respective Job Opening.
You understand that Our service is limited in providing You with initial exposure, access, or acknowledgement of the Job Opening from and to the respective Company. The respective Company may, after the initial process under Our Application, opt to undergo further assessment elsewhere outside from Our Application. In such case, You agree that We are not responsible for any process, including subsequent effects of such process, that occurs beyond the scope of our Application and Service, including the handling of your personal data beyond our system. Such process and effects shall be regulated by the respective Company and therefore You free us from any liability of the matter.
In using Our Application, You may use the community feature that we provide to You to engage with other members (other End Users) of the Application (Member or Members). Under the community feature, Members may open discussion and provide content solely from them and not related to Us (“Member Content”). Usage of the community feature is regulated under the Community Guideline that We have provided. Every Member shall behave respectively to the Community Guideline as regulated, including Member Content that Members may provide under the community feature may not contradict to the Community Guideline that we have provided. We do not represent, guarantee, or responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of such Member Content.
In the event that You encountered unlawful or hostile acts made by a Company, a Member, or if You found a Job Opening provided by a Company that contradicts the applicable laws and/or Atma's Terms of Use, such as but not limited to, Job Openings that promote causes or acts prohibited by the applicable laws, Job Openings that discriminate based on race, religion and gender, Companies or Members who harassed and assaulted you through Our Application, or Members who posted inappropriate Member Content or if such content violates our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines or any applicable laws, You must immediately report such occurrences to Us. By doing so, You are helping Us in creating a better Atma community for all.
