BUSINESS SERVICE TERMS OF USE

1. General Terms

Subject to the Terms of Use of Atma Application (General Terms of Use), this Atma Company Terms of Use is an agreement between Company (“You”, “Yours”, “Yourself”) and PT Atma Meraki Nusantara (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) (the agreement referred as “Company Term of Use), a limited liability company duly established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and domiciled in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia.

This Company User Terms of Use is an integral part of General Terms of Use.

We may update the Company Terms of use from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons. In such case, We will reasonably inform You of such changes, including but not limited through the use of push-notifications under the Application or through Your electronic mail address prior to the changes becoming effective. If you do not accept such changes, You may not continue to use the Services provided under this Application. Should You continue to use such Services after the date of which the changes come into effect, You explicitly agree to the new Company Terms of Use.

2. Terms of Service

1. We grant you a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use of Our Application and Service for your internal business use seeking candidates for employment.
2. You must provide detailed, complete and accurate information regarding Yourself as required by Us when You are registering for the first time under our Application, including but not limited to Your full name (company’s name), Your domicile, the industry which You are engaging on, Your company logo and Your company’s description.
3. Your Job Opening shall not contain:
   1. misleading, unreadable, “hidden” keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opening that you present;
   2. name, logos, or trademarks that are unaffiliated to the You;
   3. inaccurate, false, or misleading information; and
   4. material or links to material that is discriminatory, sexually explicit, obscene, libelous, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or hateful or solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 years old.
4. Your Job Opening shall only be for the purpose of finding the correct candidate and not to promote any franchise, pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing opportunity, and or advertisement of sexual services or jobs of sexual nature.
5. We may crawl for job openings related to You in the world wide web, and when in such condition, We may assign or link such openings with Your account.
6. We may, but not obliged to, screen Your Job Opening as published by You under Our Application as We deemed necessary.
7. We reserve the right to delete your Job Opening if We found or received reports from End Users that Your Job Opening constitutes activities which are prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia or Atma’s Term of Use . We further reserve the right to terminate Your Account based on the previous or if You engage in an unlawful or hostile way to the End Users registered under Our Application, or present Your account with misleading information.
8. In the event You post Your Job Opening under Our Application, You warrant that such information as stated under Your Job Opening is correct and not misleading to Us or the End Users, does not contain materials and or information which violates the Applicable Laws, third-party proprietary rights, and or Atma’s Terms of Use.
9. The selection process of Your Job Opening is subject to Your discretion. Should You feel that You want to initiate further selection process outside our Application, You are free to do so under Your own responsibility and You release us from any indemnity or responsibility of Your process which is conducted outside Our Application, including but not limited to, the handling of End Users personal data information.
10. Your usage of Our Services as provided to You are free of charge.
11. We do not guarantee that any of the End User will sign up for Your Job Opening or if any of the End User will accept Your Job Opening.
12. You represent and warrant that You are a duly established company under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia or under the laws of which Your company is duly established under with.
13. You warrant that any of your job openings are not in conflict with any activities that are prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
14. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor your Job Opening(s) as posted under the Application, and may also reserve the right to remove any of your Job Opening(s) if We deemed that such Job Opening is contradictory to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and to the General Terms of Use.
